WebMay 14, 2024 · I've found that some legendaries have been worse than the normal or L+ weapons that I've had at the time the legendary dropped. I do agree that they should only drops items you've unlocked. I think a higher % drop rate off of elites and only a 60-80% drop off of bosses would help a little.
